We are thrilled to share a significant update regarding our operations at Santander Consumer. After some time of strategic planning and regulatory approvals, we are proud to announce that, effective March 5th, 2025, we have transitioned to become a fully licensed Bank in Canada. As such we will be operating going forward as Santander Consumer Bank. This change gives us the chance to expand our financial services and improve our offerings to our partners and customers in Canada.
