If you do not have this account number, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-486-4356 to retrieve this info. Complete the MoneyGram bill payment form. Include the following:

1. Account number of the bill to pay: Your 9 or 10 digit Santander Consumer account number
2. Company name: Santander Consumer
3. Receiver code: 9158
4. Make sure to send via same-day delivery

You can use Western Union to make a payment in person, at any location, by using their “Quick Collect” service.

1. Call 1-800-235-0000 to find a Western Union location nearest you.
2. At the agent location, complete the blue Quick Collect form and include the following information:

4. Code city: Santander Consumer
5. Sender’s account number with company: Your 9 or 10 digit account number. If you need this account number, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-486-4356. (You may also refer to any recent documentation you’ve received from Santander Consumer)

Once the payment is wired, please contact Santander Consumer with the MTCN # which is located on your receipt.

To set up pre-authorized payments, all that is required is a copy of a VOID cheque or a pre-authorized payment form from your bank. A copy must be emailed or faxed to our office at customerservice@santanderconsumer.ca or 1-888-486-7456.

Please note: If you require your banking info to be changed for your next payment, please ensure the banking info is received in office at least four business days prior to your payment being due.
